Mobility is vital to rowing performance. Mobility is how you sit up straight during the recovery, have strong and efficient leg drive at the catch, and avoid slumping at the finish to squeeze out the last bit of stroke power. Mobility allows you to display your full strength potential in a highly demanding athletic movement–the stroke.
